The house is close to Franklin's BBQ, Barton Springs, Mount Bonell, Museums, Libraries, and Austin night life. The neighborhood features several parks for walks, jogs, or pick-up sand volleyball games. Enjoy BBQ's by the lake or listen to free concerts in the evenings or weekends. The house is conveniently close to the grocery store, or walk to the farmer's market every Sunday. My personal favorite activity is to relax with a book and enjoy the outdoors!
