As a guest of the property, I hereby agree to the following expectations:

I will be respectful of the house/apartment of the host and to the community in which I am staying. (For example, being mindful of loud noises, smoking within designated areas, and being responsible for illegal or controlled substances.)

I will not steal, break, or damage the possessions in or of the property itself and will take full responsibility for any charges. (For example, stains on the carpet, sheets, or walls, including damages to the furniture, curtains, blinds, or kitchen utensils.)

I will do my best to respect the schedule of the host when checking in or out of the property.
