Our Mission:
To develop community oriented housing that exposes its residents to various Cultures and Art, through Food, Sport, Music, and Celebration.
After graduation many people move back home to live with family. Some choose to live in an apartment often with roommates to help share with the expenses. The GFC was created to fulfill the housing requirements of individuals falling into this stage of life as well as those still in school. Residents can expect to live in 'nicer' accommodations with less expenses. The property rents each room individually on a month to month basis, provided the candidates pass the initial interview. While living with 'strangers' may seem unorthodox, the GFC model seeks to pair up individuals with similar goals and follows a regimented cleaning schedule. This helps to establish a culture of camaraderie and respect.

Our Vision:
To set out to "change the World" is admittedly a lofty goal, but not impossible. Change begins with yourself first. It starts in your own home before it can begin to change your neighbor, and before you both can begin to change your community, and so forth... (As graduates of the University of Texas at Dallas, we decided to start in Richardson, Texas).
This task requires commitment and conviction of character. We all know the Journey will be difficult, but sharing the path with fellow travelers always seems to encourage the Spirit. We learn from one another, we support each other, and ultimately we all grow. It's up to us as individuals to make this life meaningful.

"I refuse to accept the view that mankind is so tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war that the bright daybreak of peace and brotherhood can never become a reality... I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word in reality. This is why right, temporarily defeated, is stronger than evil triumphant."
