Management Contract

I would like to have the GFC represent me and my property. The GFC will look after my house/apartment and represent the owner's interests. I understand the risks involved with subletting my home and agree to the following conditions. In the event of a lease violation or guest "emergency" I agree to hold the GFC harmless.
